Welcome to Great Prairie Area Education Agency

Great Prairie AEA introduces GPAEA TV! For the past year Great Prairie AEA staff members have been collecting and creating videos to model strategies and initiatives used in southeast Iowa classrooms.
As we become 21st century learners, resources like GPAEA TV will be vital to our success. The idea of ‘video modeling’ is becoming an accepted source of teaching and learning.

Achieving our mission of improving teaching and learning by developing leaders, discovering solutions and delivering services requires collaborative partnerships with educators, parents, community and many other organizations. Together, we work toward the ultimate goal - to ensure success for all learners. Each year, the Annual Progress Report offers us an opportunity to assess our work and plan for the future.
